PASCAM Bea can determine optimized technologies and processes itself by evaluating the existing geometry of the SOLIDWORKS model to generate powerful and safe CNC programs.

In combination with PASCAM WoodWorks, there is an option to automatically form clear machining blocks of similar machining operations, which provide additional optimization processes.

Geometrically unambiguous contours can be automatically recognized by PASCAM Bea and added as corresponding, individual machining features into the SOLIDWORKS model. Essentially, this includes drill holes, milling grooves, outside contours and blocked areas.

There is also the option of triggering optimizations with regard to tool change and tool sequence to minimize avoidable travels of the tool unit. Whereby the various clamping situations are taken fully into account.
