Lead-In / Lead-Out strategies

An important range of tasks is the optimal Lead-In and Lead-Out method at milling operations in relation to the machining contour. The following are decisive criteria for the decision making process:

PASCAM Bea provides various standard strategies, which can be supplemented by additional, tool-saving methods if required:

In addition, users can easily generate special Lead-In and Lead-Out methods on their own for special needs, since any machining contour can be added with corresponding information as required by means of the PASCAM Bea expansion card technology.
