Machining blocks

A PASCAM Bea Block machining feature contains other machining features that all belong to the block. In addition to the machining features, a block can also contain additional information such as markers at the beginning and end of the listed entries in the resulting CNC program, as well as special tolerance specifications. These are applied to all included machining features.
Furthermore, machining operations with the same identifier can be optimized between the machining blocks to minimize tool unit travels and/or tool changes.
When using blocks within PASCAM Modifications, automatically recognized drill holes, milling or sawing operations can also be automatically assigned to the corresponding block. This enables the generation of highly optimized automatic machining sequences without any user intervention at the actual CNC programming process.
