Monitoring the positioning capability in the CNC machine

Postprocessors use the tool database and the current situation to monitor whether a hardware component can be placed as specified or not. Depending on the configuration of the postprocessor, either an error message is indicated in case of detected unfeasibility and the process is stopped or the user is merely informed by a warning message, whereby the CNC program generation is continued. A corresponding relaying of the information or feedback to higher-level systems such as FLTS or PPS is available at any time.
