Cycles

Machining cycles can be created using three different methods:
When using Modifications in PASCAM WoodWorks, the user retains full control of the process and can pre-determine the individual machining paths, methods, etc. in detail. This is a proven method when field-proven, companywide operating standards for machining cycles are to be represented in the CNC program.
The second method is available via the standard implementation, where e.g. cycles of multiple infeeds and the transitions from one depth feed to the next can be specified by the user. This method can be used to set individual machining cycles for each CNC machine.
The third method is realized by means of the innovative expansion card technology in PASCAM Bea, which, by relying on powerful programming languages, offers the user a completely free and unrestricted way to create machining cycles and the comprehensive extension of existing automation processes for each CNC machine on demand. Of course this can be done tool specific as well.
