In order to being able to
assemble a product properly, the individual parts and
components have to fit together
dimensionally. The collision-free
assembling is analyzed accordingly
at model level by the CAD system and managed
via the con@3D WB process.
If the specified and calculated
parameters result in final geometries, the
corresponding features are identified and the
PASCAM con@3D WB process reports it to the user.
Even if the geometry is perfect,
the production line can still have problems to
manufacture it. But thanks to PASCAM Bea, any
problems in the CNC program can be detected in advance and examined
individually for each machine.
