Optimized CNC programs

The profitable optimization of the timing of individual CNC operations on multiple machines can only be achieved with special programs. PASCAM Bea already contains this sequence optimization and executes it automatically - according to preset user specifications!
Tool changes put a lot of strain on the CNC machine. Therefore the tool change optimization serves to minimize these changes as far as possible. For dynamic product models, however, this requires a correspondingly intelligent CAM system, such as PASCAM Bea!
It makes sense to optimize machining paths during the machining process as well - especially for more complex milling operations. There is a big time saving potential for milling path optimization e.g. at filigree milling operations, where low feed rates are applied. Coupled with the two methods mentioned above, PASCAM Bea automatically generates comprehensively optimized CNC programs.
Since the results of a variable modeling process, as generated with PASCAM con@3D WB, cannot be predicted in advance, it is vital to react reliably and automatically to the current design state of the generated models. New relationships between components or new geometric constraints must also be taken into account.
